Making the move

Moving is an exciting process but it can also be stressful and traumatic. My specialized training will help you make this as smooth a transition as possible so that you can focus on what's most important - finding the perfect home and getting settled in your new community.

Stop wasting your time looking through hundreds of useless ads. Why not have a real estate professional look for you? I'm here to make things as easy as possible. This is a free service to buyers as the seller takes care of the commission.

I'll begin by sending you a relocation kit with information on local amenities, services, institutions, the housing market and any special requirements, such as vehicle licensing and import duties, that will help you with your relocation plans.

Once you've chosen the properties that interest you, I'll help you:

Coordinate your home finding visit
Make hotel arrangements
Schedule site visits to the properties you've selected, and
Set up appointments at schools, medical facilities, etc., if necessary.

When you arrive to search for your home, I will:

Take you on a guided tour of the community
Tell you about the local services and amenities that will matter to you upon relocation
Show you neighborhoods and homes that fit your family's needs.

Finally, once you've found your home, I will:

Coordinate your property inspection
Guide you through the negotiations
Direct you towards favourable financing options
Facilitate your transactions
Provide progress reports, and
Represent you at the closing if you're unable to attend.

Special needs

If you or your family has special needs, such as special education, childcare, eldercare or physical disability considerations, I'll provide you with information on local services and support to help meet these needs as well.
